Bernadine & Jimmy Mulhall would like to invite you and your family to stay with them in their lovely limestone holiday rental cottages or log deck house.  Families love their visit here. Children love petting the lambs, feeding the pigs and learning to bake bread. While parents love the stress free peaceful, safe tranquillity of the spacious setting and the wonderful organic menu, home cooked by Bernadine.  Beauty & Complementary Treatments can be enjoyed in one of our relaxing treatment rooms. Within 15mins drive there is also a whole range of activities, events and things to do that can be booked in advance through us. Horseriding & Carriage rides on the grounds on the infamous Electric Picnic venue – Cosby House in Stradbally, visiting the centre for contemporary arts in Carlow, taking in a show at local theatres, hiking in the Slieve Blooms, fishing on the Carlow River Barrow, golfing at 5 star Killinard or bringing the children to one of the many activity centres nearby. There is never a dull moment at this perfect central location to explore. Only 1 hour from Dublin & Galway and 2 from Cork, it’s a great place to meet up with other families and friends for a joint holiday!

We have 2 limestone cottages beside Coolanowle House. Tastefully converted from tie up cow byres they contain 2 en suite bedrooms with a single and double bed in each bedroom. Kitchen and living room combined with open fire or stove. Underfloor electric heating. Bord failte 4**** approved.
